If I could introduce myself in a few words I would say I am people and results oriented. I enjoy working with individuals and teams and I am motivated by growth, both personal and organizational. In that sense I am very efficient in bringing a strategic vision to life through efficient and measurable processes.

 

Through my journey and my collaboration with thought leaders I have accumulated a profound understanding of the processes and tools required to grow on a personal and organizational level. My services, namely Integral Development Coaching and Revenue Enablement may seem diverse, and rightfully so as they truly are. But at their core they have a common denominator which is growth through development, and that is my focus.

I have worked with leaders throughout the entire journey, from defining the problem and desired outcomes, discovering the challenges faced at the working level, designing relevant interventions, to deploying the process/tools/services, driving engagement and measuring impact, all leading to organisations growth and a connected rather than siloed company.
